Commissioners Assignment Method 2016/17 Commissioners Assignment Method (CAM) assists NHS England administrators to correctly identify in Commissioning Data Set (CDS) records which organisations are responsible for paying for the services provided by NHS England (and as represented by the CDS activity record).
